The East's Premier Bike Park
Featuring one of the largest trail systems in the East, Snowshoe’s Bike Park includes nearly 40 trails and 1,500 feet of vertical. From buttery, flowy berms to zesty, chunky rock gardens – this menu features trails for every appetite. THE RAVEN GOLF COURSE
While the mountaintop dishes up gravity thrills by the chairlift load, the base of the mountain caters towards refined skills and an appreciation of perfectly manicured fairways, bunkers and natural obstacles. Whether you play Snowshoe’s Gary Player Signature course for the breathtaking scenery or the long, rolling terrain of its challenging fairways, The Raven will make you fall in love with golf all over again. Off-road Adventure Tours
Leave the village and hop in a 4-seater Polaris RZR or 1-seater ACE for the thrill of going off road all across the best of Snowshoe’s backcountry. Our adrenaline-filled ACE tour scales Silver Creek’s rocky terrain, and guarantees white knuckles and increased heart rates. Looking for something less hair-raising? The scenic RZR tour features long climbs to breathtaking views, including the Cheat Mountain Ridge Fire Tower. Step in, buckle up, and hoooold on.

Every day begins and ends at our Mountaintop Village at 4,848 feet above sea level. It’s home to premier adventure, shopping, and dining as well as a wide range of lodging options – from rustic to remarkable. Plus, the Spa and Split Rock Pools are just steps away. Perfect for families, groups, and anyone who wants non-stop adventuring all over The Mountain. BACKCOUNTRY TRAILS
No matter the size of your adventuring appetite, you’ll find your hiking, cross-country biking and horseback riding happy place here. Snowshoe’s backcountry trails range from serene to heart-pumping, and stretch over 11,000 acres of unspoiled Appalachian wilderness. Hike, bike, trot or gallop, but make sure to pause every once in a while, to soak up the unique flora, friendly fauna, and breathtaking overlooks.
A Kid's favorite: Camp Wildcat
Whether canoeing, belly flopping, or paddleboarding down at the lake; hiking, biking, and getting dirty all over the mountain; or getting in touch with nature through arts and crafts activities, no two days at Camp Wildcat are alike. For kids, this is a great opportunity to make new friends under the supervision of our experienced guides. For parents, it’s a great opportunity to be nothing but themselves for a day – guilt-free. The Backcountry Hut Escape Room
New for this summer, our iconic Sunrise Backcountry Hut has been transformed into a Pandora’s Box of mind-bending puzzles. The Woods Escape Room will test your wits as you attempt to escape the cabin and the nightmares that lurk in its shadows. To add even more adventure, your journey begins and ends with an exhilarating off-road Polaris RZR ride high up on Cheat Mountain Ridge Trail. Following the escape, a decadent lunch menu is sure to satisfy the hungriest creature hunters.

Shindig on the Shore
Shindig on the Shore is our one-of-a-kind evening featuring a chairlift ride to Shavers Lake where you’ll enjoy four courses of fine Southern cuisine served family style under the stars. Games for all ages, live entertainment, and yummy s’mores around the campfire round out this night to remember.
